These terms are a contract between you and Game Caster Ltd (registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, "Game Caster", "we"). By creating an account or using the service at app.gamecaster.ai you agree to them. If you are using the service for a studio or company, you confirm you can bind it, and "you" means that organisation. The service is for businesses; it is not offered to consumers.

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we process and why. It forms part of these terms.

1. The service

Game Caster is a marketing-planning tool for game studios. It builds plans, drafts text and generates images from the information you give it, using third-party AI models. It is a drafting tool: everything it produces is a suggestion for you to review, edit, use or discard. We do not publish, send or post anything on your behalf unless you connect a channel and press publish yourself.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account; there is no Game Caster password. While the service is in beta, access may be limited to invited studios. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account. The free credits described in section 6 are granted once per person, not once per account. You may run several games under one account, within your plan's limits.
• You must be 18 or older and using the service for business purposes.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your games, uploads and generated content (see the privacy policy, section 9, for what we retain by law).

3. Your content

• You own what you upload (design documents, screenshots, logos, reference images, text) and what you connect (channel accounts). You give us a licence to store, process and send it to our AI providers only as needed to run the service for you.
• You own the output the service generates for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material. We claim no rights in it. You are responsible for checking it before use, including for accuracy, for third-party rights in anything it resembles, and for platform rules where you post it.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain anyone's personal data you are not allowed to share with us.
• We treat what you upload as confidential. Unreleased design documents, art and plans are visible only to your account and to Game Caster staff who need access to operate or support the service. Every studio's data is kept separate from every other studio's.
• We do not use your content to train AI models and our providers are contractually barred from doing so (privacy policy, section 5).

4. Publishing connections

If you connect X, Bluesky or Discord, Game Caster posts to that channel only when you trigger it, using the credentials you supplied. You are the publisher of every post; you are responsible for complying with each platform's terms and for what the post says. Disconnect a channel at any time from Settings or by revoking access on the platform.

5. Outreach to creators and communities

The service can draft emails to video creators, streamers, curators and communities. Game Caster does not send them. If you send an outreach message, you are the sender and the data controller for that correspondence, and you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to it — including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (regulation 22, unsolicited marketing to individuals), UK GDPR, and equivalent laws where the recipient is. Do not use drafts to contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted. If a creator asks us to be removed from our registry we will remove them; you must honour the same request for your own sends.

6. Plans, credits and payment

• Free plan. One game, 20 credits granted once, and the first four weeks of the plan. Free and beta access may be limited, changed or withdrawn.
• Paid plans are priced per game per month (Starter) or as a fixed monthly plan for several games (Core+), with an annual option billed upfront at a discount. Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Billing is by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from Settings → Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund the unused part of a month or a year, except as set out in sections 9 and 12.
• Adding a game to a Starter plan adds one game's price, prorated for the rest of the current period, and renews with the plan.
• Credits are consumed by the actions the service performs for you (each action's cost is shown in the app). Your plan's monthly allowance is granted per game and resets at each monthly billing anniversary; unused allowance does not carry over. On an annual plan the allowance still resets monthly.
• Top-ups are available to subscribers, are paid once, do not expire while your account is open, are not tied to a game, and are spent only after the month's allowance is used.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law requires. If an action fails on our side, the credits for it are returned automatically.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and forfeits remaining credits, including top-ups, without refund.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to: break the law; generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexual involving minors, or designed to harass; attempt to access another studio's data; reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service; resell access; or upload malware. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and we may remove content that breaks these rules.

8. API

API keys (gc_ prefix) let you use the service programmatically under the same terms and limits as your plan. Keep keys secret; revoke a leaked key immediately from Settings. We may rate-limit or revoke keys that abuse the service.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we may change or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your paid plan includes, and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period in that case.

10. Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
• Otherwise, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data you did not back up, or for the consequences of using AI output without checking it.
• You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your posts, and your outreach sends.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we process, where it is stored, which AI providers receive it and for how long we keep it. It forms part of these terms. In short: your content is processed only to run the service for you, it is hosted in the EU, and it is never used to train AI models.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice and a refund of any prepaid, unused period). Sections 3, 5, 10 and 13 survive termination.

13. General

• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
• These terms, the privacy policy and the prices shown at checkout are the whole agreement between us for the service, and replace any earlier terms shown on game-caster.com.
